Cancellation & late policy!!
Less than 24 hours cancellation ~ a fee of 50% of the grooming cost Late cancellation fee (25 minutes or later) ~ will have to reschedule grooming appointment, and a fee of 50% of the grooming cost
Matting fee!
There is a $50 matting fee. This fee helps ensure we can remove mats as safely and comfortably as possible for your pet. Because mats prevent the coat from getting fully clean, dogs must be pre-shaved before their bath. Working through matted, dirty fur can dull grooming tools, is more stressful for the dog, and requires additional time and care. Thank you for understanding as we prioritize your pet’s comfort and well-being.
